Frank Lautenberg, the New Jersey Democrat who attended the White House event, and Rep. Rush Holt, D-Hopewell Township, reintroduced the Tyler Clementi Higher Education Anti-Harassment Act, which was originally introduced last November but didn’t advance in the final days of the previous Congress.
