Dear friends, brothers, sisters, mothers, fathers, & members of our community:

This year marks the 24th year of “The AIDS Candlelight Vigil NYC.” Please come & join us.

Friday June 26, 2009 Will be the 24th Aids Candle Light Vigil NYC. It was started back in 1985 by members of the Leather, Gay, Bi, & Straight Communities & Mothers March Against Aids “Beverly Rotter.” We come together to commemorate those we have loved & lost. To celebrate the struggles & progress of those affected & living with HIV & AIDS.And continue to fight for a cure. We are not politically, or religiously connected. We are members of the community who care. We have only our own out of pocket funding & some from donations. The Vigil will assemble at Christopher Street & Sheridan Square Park “Stonewall Place” at 7:00 PM The Event is FREE & is open to everyone.

We look forward to your participation in this event. “The Only Truly Dead Are Those Who Are Forgotten.” Remember Their Names.

Please Feel free to RE Send, Post, or Copy this Flyer.
