Removing all the S&M toys from a suburban estate where a dominatrix ruled with whips, chains and leather straps is only the first step in cleaning things up at the home belonging to an Orthodox rabbinical school.

“Once everything is out, there has to be a spiritual cleansing,” said Rabbi Samuel of the Khal Adas Kashau yeshiva. “We won’t go close to that place until they move out. No, no, no — heaven forbid.”

Samuel was still rattled Thursday by the arrest a day earlier of Sandra Chemero, 46, who was charged with prostitution and criminal possession of a weapon — a stun gun — for the kinky activities at what she called “The Sovereign Estate.” Chemero signed a lease on the property last year.

“It’s like a calamity,” the rabbi said. “I’ve never heard such a thing, and I don’t want to hear about it. It’s terrible.” The rabbi, who identified himself only as Rabbi Samuel, said yeshiva officials immediately ordered Chemero’s eviction on grounds that she broke the lease by engaging in illegal activity and using the home for a business.
